Data driven business transformation consultancy The Customer Lifetime Value Group has appointed 3 Valued Things to launch generation two of their Fan Relationship Index.

The Fan Relationship Index (FRI) identifies and measures the huge opportunities open to elite football clubs and sponsors that shift their focus from brand partnerships to fan partnerships.
